Curriculum Design

Dr. Rutley has planned and lead complex projects achieving desired outcomes within budget parameters. Trained to use current techniques and procedures with the design, development, and delivery of a universal design learning curriculum for six-weeks up to sixteen-weeks for undergraduate and graduate programs of online adult higher education. A mentor to new adjunct faculty and serves on Curriculum Committees for the schools nationwide.
